Mat

Mat

Foreman

“I am an Eagle Scout. I have been in the industry for over 20 years as a second generation dirtworker. I have spent over a decade of that in leadership roles in the industry. In my career, I have worked for companies that did not have the high level of support that the we have here at Santa Inc. and working for these other companies felt more like the employees were just a number. Here at Santa, it’s different. It’s like being part of an intricate watch where all parts, big and small, are equally important and appreciated. I feel truly blessed to be part of the Santa team. In my free time, I enjoy time with friends and family. I enjoy hunting and fishing. But what I look forward to is getting up and joining my brothers and sisters to achieve greatness within this establishment.

Tanner

“I came to Santa with 8 strong years of residential construction behind me; with skills in operating, laboring and pipe laying, but my passion for problem solving and attention to detail came long before that. My desire to expand my knowledge led me to Mass Excavation and the gratification that comes with it. I am fortunate to be apart of such a great team. I spend my free time with my wife and daughter, we enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing and bbqing with our family.”
